This video was a fun social media project for a friend's daughter wanting to demonstrate her gymnastics and cheer skills to apply for the Penn State Cheerleading squad. I added energetic cuts timed with each skill movement matched to the beats in the music bed. Happy to report she made the squad! :)

Unreal Engine 5 Pyro/Fluids

This short animation is a test of Unreal Engine’s Niagara system, a real-time particle and fluid simulation feature. The animation depicts a naphtha leak and subsequent fire at a company in Deer Park, TX, in 2019, which caused an environmental disaster by releasing carcinogenic benzene into the air and water of the Houston Ship Channel.
